Who we are
Kathy Morley, Morley Portraiture (“we/us”) provides fine-art photography sessions and custom artwork celebrating dogs (and occasionally their humans).

What we collect
Contact info (name, email, phone, mailing address), booking details (session date/time, dog name, breed, age, and any notes you share about personality or special needs), payment info processed by Square (we never see full card numbers), and any messages you send us.

Why we collect it
To book and run your session, prepare studio time and props, communicate about your artwork, manage schedules, send reminders, and—only with your consent—share studio updates or promotions.

Pet information
We collect limited details about your pet(s) solely for the purpose of creating portraits or artwork.

Sharing
We share data only with service providers we use to operate the studio (e.g., Square for payments, email/scheduling platforms). We do not sell or rent your data.

Security & retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for bookings, record-keeping, and lawful business needs, after which we delete or anonymize it.

Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information and opt out of marketing emails at any time. We do send occasional newsletters about studio events or promotions.
