The Art and Magic of Santa
Who we are. Kathy Morley, Morley Portraiture (“we/us”) provides fine-art Santa experiences and custom artwork.
What we collect. Contact info (parent name, email, phone, mailing address), booking details (session date/time, child first names/ages/sizes for pajamas, dietary notes if provided), payment info processed by Square (we never see full card numbers), and any messages you send us.
Why we collect it. To book and run your session, mail Magic Ticket invitations (time permitting), prepare clothing, manage schedules, send reminders, and—only with your consent—send studio updates.
Children’s information. We collect limited child details only from parents/guardians for the purpose of the session.
Sharing. We share data only with service providers we use to run the studio (e.g., Square for payments, email/scheduling providers). We don’t sell your data.
Security & retention. We keep data only as long as needed for bookings, records, and lawful business needs, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information and opt out of marketing at any time. We do send email newsletters from time to time.
