The Art and Magic of Santa

Who we are. Kathy Morley, Morley Portraiture (“we,” “us”) provides fine-art Santa experiences and custom artwork.

What we collect. We may collect contact information (parent/guardian name, email, phone number, and mailing address); booking details (session date/time, children’s first names, ages, and sizes for clothing provided by the studio); dietary notes if you choose to provide them; and messages or other information you send us. Payment information is processed securely by Square; we do not receive or store your full credit card number.

Why we collect it. We use this information to book and provide your session, mail Magic Ticket invitations when time permits, prepare clothing, manage schedules, communicate with you about your session, and send occasional studio news and offers. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Children’s information. We collect limited information about children only from their parents or legal guardians and only as needed to prepare for and provide the portrait experience.

Sharing. We share information only with service providers we use to operate the studio, such as Square and our email and scheduling providers. We do not sell your personal information.

Security & retention. We retain information as reasonably necessary for bookings, client records, legal requirements, and legitimate business purposes, after which it may be deleted or anonymized.

Your choices. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Payments. Payments are processed securely by Square and are also subject to Square’s privacy and security policies.
