The Art & Magic of Santa 2026
What’s included. The $300 Santa Experience fee includes one private hour on Kathy’s custom Santa set for up to 3 children, use of studio nightgowns and pajamas, Kathy’s time and artistry during the session, Santa’s fee, and cookies and milk. Families with dietary restrictions are welcome to bring their own treats. Magic Ticket invitations are mailed when time permits once booking information and mailing addresses have been received.
What’s not included. Finished artwork, Storybooks, holiday cards, digital files, and other Heirloom Options are purchased separately after your session. No artwork or digital files are included in the $300 Santa Experience fee.
Booking & payment. The $300 fee is due at booking and reserves your scheduled time. Sales tax applies where required.
Rescheduling, cancellations & refunds.
Cancel 7 or more days before your session for a full refund.
Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
If your child becomes ill at the last minute, your 2026 Santa Experience fee may be credited toward a 2027 Santa session, if sessions are offered. The credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may require travel to Kathy’s Midland studio if a 2027 event is not offered near you. We are not obligated to offer Santa sessions in 2027.
No-shows are non-refundable. Late arrivals will reduce the amount of session time available.
Allergies & food. Cookies and milk are not prepared in an allergen-controlled environment. Families with dietary restrictions should bring appropriate alternatives. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Safety & supervision. A parent or legal guardian must remain present and is responsible for the safety, supervision, and behavior of their children throughout the experience.
Artwork purchasing. Portraits, Storybooks, holiday cards, digital files, and other Heirloom Options are selected and purchased separately after the session. Because finished artwork is custom-created specifically for your family, artwork orders are final once placed.
Creative discretion. Kathy retains artistic judgment regarding styling, lighting, composition, posing, artwork, and retouching. Color and brightness may vary between screens and finished printed artwork.
Copyright & image use. Kathy Morley / Morley Portraiture retains copyright to all images and artwork created. Selected images may be displayed in the studio, on our website, social media, or other studio marketing. If you do not want images of your family used for marketing, please let us know.
Force majeure. If circumstances beyond our reasonable control—including illness, severe weather, or venue issues—require a session to be canceled or rescheduled, we will make reasonable efforts to offer another time. Our liability is limited to amounts paid.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
