How It Works
3. Receive Your
Painting
Before any oils are applied, you'll receive a digital proof showing exactly what the finished portrait will look like—from the likeness and expression to the colors and overall composition. Nothing moves forward until you say, "That's them."
2. Approve Your Portrait Design
Send the photos you have. I'll review them and let you know if I need any additional photographs.
Then I'll recommend the size, composition, and background that will bring your portrait to life. You don't have to figure it all out—that's my job.
I'll provide a quote based on the size of the portrait, the number of subjects, and the complexity of the background. Pricing begins at $1800 with most commissions ranging from $3,500 to $8,000+. You'll know exactly what to expect before we get started.
If someone else took the photographs, please make sure you have permission to use them.
