3. Information About Minors
The 50 Girls. 50 Horses. project may include participants under the age of 18.

Information about a participating girl is collected only as needed to consider her application, create her portrait, communicate with her parent or guardian, and prepare her magazine feature.
Information submitted with an application is used to review the application and communicate with the parent or guardian. If a girl is selected and her parent or guardian chooses to participate, that information may also be used to create her portrait and prepare her magazine feature.
Application information for girls who are not selected will not be used for other purposes.
Before a participant’s feature is published, her parent or legal guardian will have the opportunity to review and approve the finished feature, including the information that will appear publicly.

Photographs submitted for a portrait are used as reference material in creating the artwork and administering the portrait project.

The finished artwork and approved magazine feature may be displayed or shared as described in the 50 Girls. 50 Horses. Terms & Conditions and the permissions approved by the participant’s parent or legal guardian.

A participant’s approved magazine feature may include her first name, age, horse’s name, finished painting, and story.
A barn name and its city or location may be included only with the parent or legal guardian’s approval.
Parents or legal guardians will have an opportunity to review and approve the completed feature before publication.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in marketing emails.
